A pediatric therapy practice in NE Portland, offering a calming garden setting and experienced therapeutic support for children with sensory, regulatory, and developmental differences
About
Hand to Heart OT is a pediatric therapy practice in NE Portland specializing in sensory processing, regulation, and neurodevelopmental differences.
My unique garden-based setting supports both children and caregivers: while children engage in therapy, caregivers are encouraged to recharge in heated outdoor spaces (including access to a barrel sauna), helping regulate their own nervous systems.
Using a holistic, relationship-driven approach, I blend evidence-based modalities with a targeted focus on self-compassion, resilience, and building inner confidence—empowering children to thrive at home, in school, and with peers.
Private pay only; superbills available upon request.
Note: As of March 2026, Hand to Heart OT has a 9-12 month wait-list for new clients. After school therapy times are generally available within 9-12 months of starting services, be aware these times are not available for new clients at this time. Please request appointment below if interested in discussing services. I look forward to connecting with you!
