Hand to Heart OT is a pediatric therapy practice specializing in sensory processing, regulatory, and neurodevelopmental differences.
In my practice, I take a holistic, relationship-driven approach to supporting children and families, blending several therapeutic modalities to create individualized, meaningful interventions.
A key component of my approach is fostering self-compassion, which I believe is essential for building long-term resilience. By encouraging children to connect with their bodies, their strengths and better understand their unique needs/challenges, they develop a greater capacity for self-advocacy and emotional regulation. This, in turn, enhances their participation in home, school, and social environments. Through this integrated approach, I support children in developing resilience, self-regulation, and confidence, laying the foundation for sustainable growth and success.
Hand to Heart OT does not accept nor bill insurance. Therapy services are private pay; superbills available per request.
**Note: As of June 2025 Hand to Heart OT has a 3-6 month wait time for therapy services for new clients, depending on your flexibility for mid-day appointments at my NE location. Contact me to inquire about evaluation spots available for July/August 2025. **
